it contains some of the most beautiful wooded land on the river, with numerous species of plants and animals, and is woven with established horseback riding, hiking, and bicycling paths. Panorama Vista is the largest private property component of the Kern River Parkway with three miles of the Parkway's bike path running through the Preserve.
At no time will the property be developed or otherwise altered, other than in the most minimal way consistent with the maintenance of the property as a scenic and natural asset of the community.
Currently projects are underway to regenerate some of the land with native trees and shrubs.
We recently acquired 65 acres of adjoining land, which will further protect the Preserve from development.
